Start with your hours. Tell us when the space is quiet and when people need to be working. The plan, the order of loading and the labeling all follow from that.
Each move runs from the closer of two offices, Sandpoint or Coeur d'Alene. That cuts travel time and travel cost for you.
Business moves go wrong when timing, labeling and access are left vague. These are the decisions we sort out with you first.
Keeping downtime short
We plan around your operating hours, so you decide what moves first and which areas must stay working until the end.
Desks, cabinets and office furniture
Furniture is wrapped in moving pads before it goes on the truck, so surfaces are covered while pieces are carried and stacked.
Files and records
Labeled boxes and containers help each item land in the right room or at the right desk, so unpacking goes faster.
Equipment and heavy items
Tell us the size, weight and route through the building, including steps and doorways. That helps us bring the right gear.
Packing the small stuff
Packing and unpacking help is available for supply rooms, break rooms and shelves, so your staff can keep doing their jobs.
Loading help for your own truck
With labor-only help, you supply the truck or trailer and the crew loads or unloads it. Local labor-only help is billed by the hour.
Storage between locations
If your new space is not ready, 7B Moving works with Store Local Storage and Bulldog Self Storage for storage between locations.

He even got out the tape measure first before just trying to smash the furniture through the door, so he made sure everything fit first, and did not damage anything. What affects the price
Every move gets a free estimate based on your space and your plan. Local moves are usually quoted by the hour for the crew and truck. Longer moves are usually quoted from weight or volume and distance.

- Office size and contents: The number of rooms, desks, cabinets and boxes sets how much crew time and truck space the move needs.
- Equipment: Copiers, safes and other heavy or awkward items need extra gear and handling. Share the size and weight early.
- Timing: Your operating hours and preferred date shape the schedule. Late spring through early fall is the busiest season, so early requests give more date choices.
- Distance: Moves between nearby towns are quoted differently from long-distance or interstate moves, which usually depend on weight or volume.
- Stairs, elevators and access: Long carries, stairs and tight driveways or loading areas add time. Tell us what the route looks like at both ends.

Questions we get
Can you move my office over a weekend?
Share your preferred date and the hours your office is closed, and the plan is built around them. Booking early gives you more choice of dates, especially from late spring through early fall, when moving is busiest.
What should I tell you when I ask for an estimate?
Give us the pickup and delivery towns, the type and size of the office, any stairs or long carries, special equipment, whether you want packing help and your preferred move date. That is enough to start.
Can you move heavy items like a gun safe or a piano?
Yes, specialty items are part of the service. Tell us the item's size, weight and the route through the building, including steps and doorways. Safes should be emptied before moving day.
What can't go on the truck?
Movers cannot carry hazardous materials such as propane tanks, gasoline, paint, aerosol cans, ammunition, pool chemicals or cleaning chemicals. Keep cash, jewelry and important documents with you.
Is financing available for a business move?
Financing through Wisetack is available on moving jobs up to $25,000, subject to credit approval. Ask about it when you request your estimate so you know your options before you book.
